Water Cooler Games served as the web's primary forum for "videogames with an agenda" — coverage of the uses of video games in advertising, politics, education, and other everyday activities, outside the sphere of entertainment.

The site was maintained at watercoolergames.org from 2003-2009, where it was edited by myself and Gonzalo Frasca. It is now archived here in full.

Games for Health Conference

The Games for Health 2004 Conference will be held September 16 - 17 in Madison, WI. It will be the First Ever Meeting of Developers, Researchers, and Health Professionals, hosted by the Academic ADL Co-Lab and organized in conjunction with the Serious Games Initiative and the Federation of American Scientists’ Learning Federation Project.
