The site was maintained at watercoolergames.org from 2003-2009, where it was edited by myself and Gonzalo Frasca. It is now archived here in full.

As part of a new national patriotism plan wonderfully titled Ready for Work and Defense of the Motherland, Russia plans to create "patriotic video games in hopes to replace the popular DOOM."

The best part of the article linked above is the title: Russia to Instill Youth With Patriotism Through War, Video Games. Wow.
